The high negative pressure welding smoke purifier is an industrial grade dust removal equipment designed to collect and purify dry, oil-free, and non corrosive smoke and dust. The high negative pressure welding smoke purifier has a two-stage filtration device: the first stage is for filtering large particle sparks, and the second stage is for filtering small dust (microporous film coated polyester flame retardant filter cartridge). Product Introduction
Welding smoke and dust enter the chamber through a suction hose under high negative pressure, and pass through a patented flame retardant filter to remove large particles of welding smoke or dust containing sparks. Then, the fine dust airflow with residual temperature flows through the baffle and is evenly sent into the filter cartridge area. The fine dust remains on the surface of the filter cartridge, and clean air flows into the fan through the inner wall of the filter cartridge before being discharged indoors.

High negative pressure welding smoke purifier is an industrial grade welding smoke purifier designed specifically for removing dry, oil-free, and non corrosive welding fumes generated during welding, cutting, and polishing processes. The high negative pressure welding smoke purifier uses a high-pressure fan with a wind pressure greater than 10kPa, which is different from ordinary welding smoke purifiers.
