Analysis of Dimethyl Ether in Liquefied Gas Dimethyl Ether Analyzer
Product Details

Special for liquefied gas analysisgas chromatographProduct Parameters

The carbon content of dimethyl ether is only one-third of that of liquefied gas, and its combustionhotThe value is far inferior to liquefied gas, and the mixture of dimethyl ether and liquefied petroleum gas can produce toxic waste. Excessive inhalation can cause dizziness, nausea, and chest tightness. At the same time, it can cause leakage of liquefied gas cylinder valves and severe corrosion of welded gas cylinders. Frequent use of dimethyl ether liquefied gas can easily lead to gas cylinder leakage, resulting in fire and explosion, posing a serious safety hazard.

1. Liquefied gas analyzer (hereinafter referred to as the instrument) is a specialized instrument used to analyze the component content of liquefied gas and quickly provide characteristic indices such as high calorific value, low calorific value, density, relative density, Huabai number, and combustion potential of different liquefied gases. It can be widely used in liquefied gas production enterprises, liquefied gas measurement and testing departments, scientific research, environmental protection, and gas distribution industries.
2. The instrument adopts a carrier gas stabilizing valve and a packed column injection system, which can achieve full analysis of nitrogen, methane, carbon dioxide, ethane, propane, isobutane, n-butane, isopentane, n-pentane and other components in liquefied gas in one injection.
The instrument complies with GB/T13610-2014 "Composition analysis of liquefied gases - Gas chromatography method"
3. The instrument adopts high electronic circuit integration, good reliability, simple operation, ensuring stable and reliable instrument quality, and can operate continuously for a long time, which not only ensures work efficiency but also saves maintenance costs. It automatically remembers operating parameters and does not need to reset when starting up.
4. The gas path system of the instrument adopts a high-precision valve structure, which greatly improves the stability of the gas velocity of the instrument, thereby obtaining well reproducible analysis results.
5. Thermal conductivity pool detector
