Stepper motor-34MD with integrated driver
The 34MD series is a compact structure that realizes micro stepper drivers and stepper motors in a streamlined package. Since these two components are combined into one casing, there is no need to include motor wires. The output current capability of the 34MD series is a minimum of 1.5 amperes and a maximum of 10.0 amperes (peak rating). The micro stepper driver will operate at voltages ranging from a minimum of 20VDC to a maximum of 80VDC. The input is optically isolated, with a minimum power supply of 1.0 mA per input (minimum+3.5 VDC to maximum+8.6 VDC). The clock input is set to receive positive or negative edge clocks with a maximum frequency of 100KHz. The resolution of the micro stepper driver is 2000 steps per revolution, providing smooth rotation operation. The 34MD series has 1, 2, or 3 motor stack lengths, allowing for different starting torques and inertia. The 34MD series features include built-in overcurrent and short-circuit shutdown, automatic 50% current reduction after stopping receiving clock pulses, and status LEDs indicating power on (green LED) and receiving clock (yellow LED). Structure of liquid level indicator: When the liquid level changes, the float floats up and down according to the change in liquid level. The mechanical indicator is driven by a toothed conveyor belt to change its position up and down, and the liquid level is indicated by a simple ruler. At the same time, the conveyor belt drives the gearbox gears to rotate, and the gearbox converts the displacement of the float from the highest position to a 360 ° rotation and sends it to the photoelectric encoder. The photoelectric encoder converts this position into an 8-bit binary number and sends it to the liquid level measurement device. The photoelectric encoder adopts the absolute value encoder E6CP-AG5C produced by Japan's OMRON company, with a power supply of+12~+24V, and outputs 8-bit Gray code.
The liquid level measuring device receives data output from the photoelectric encoder, processes this data, and obtains the current liquid level value. This liquid level value can be sent to the management computer in the control room through the communication bus, and displayed locally with LED. The device can also accumulate the liquid flow in/out of the tank. The gearbox and photoelectric encoder are enclosed in a cast aluminum casing to meet the requirements of corrosion resistance and explosion prevention.
