1、 Working principle
The LF anaerobic fermentation device is an efficient anaerobic reactor, which is a new generation of anaerobic reactor developed by our company's technical personnel in collaboration with relevant scientific research units and drawing on a large amount of anaerobic reactor data at home and abroad. This device effectively solves the problem of gas liquid solid three-phase separation in reactor design for a long time, integrating treatment, separation, and gas storage, making the treatment effect more reliable and easier to use. It is the most ideal high concentration organic wastewater treatment equipment of the new generation. It effectively utilizes the coagulation and solidification effects of anaerobic bacteria, and under certain hydraulic conditions, forms granular sludge. These high concentration granular sludge have a large specific surface area and high activity, and these granular activated sludge complete the treatment of organic matter. The particle size of granular sludge is generally 0.5-3mm, and the sludge concentration can reach up to 20-60g/1, which can enable the equipment to achieve high treatment efficiency. The COD volumetric load for organic wastewater treatment can be as high as 10-25kg/m3 per day.
In anaerobic treatment, anaerobic microorganisms can decompose organic matter and produce a large amount of gases such as methane and carbon dioxide, of which methane accounts for about 70%. The gas production per kilogram of COD is 0.3-0.4 m3. The generated methane can be used as fuel for boilers and also for civilian use, making it a good energy source.
Scope of Application
This device is widely used for the treatment of high concentration organic wastewater:
1. There are machine wastewater from food processing, brewing, sugar production, starch, monosodium glutamate, and alcohol tanks.
2. Wastewater from leather and fur processing.
3. Wastewater from papermaking and pulp production.
