Product Features:
1. Micro sample loading, no need for dilution:
Only 0.5-2 µ L of sample is needed, which can be directly dropped onto the detection base and form a liquid column through surface tension to complete the detection. No need for dilution, especially suitable for precious, trace or high concentration samples (such as nucleic acid and protein stock solutions).
2. Wide dynamic range:
High concentration samples can be directly detected without dilution. For example, the upper limit of dsDNA detection can reach 27500 ng/µ L or more (far exceeding the range that traditional colorimetric dishes need to be diluted several hundred times).
3. Dual light path design:
Using a xenon flashing light source (or long-life LED, depending on the specific configuration) and a fiber optic spectrometer, measure both the sample and reference simultaneously to ensure the stability of the results.
