Feature Description
Aluminum alloy foundation pit inclinometer tubeU-shaped guide groove structure
Aluminum alloy material 70 inclinometer tubeAluminum alloy inclinometer tubes are widely used in concrete dams, tunnel construction, petroleum, mining and metallurgical mining, port construction, geological disaster prevention, high-rise buildings and foundations, high-grade highways, railways and other geotechnical engineering. They are used in conjunction with inclinometers to measure horizontal displacement in the vertical direction, slope slip, etc., and serve as guide rails for inclinometers.
Before installing the inclinometer tube, it is necessary to check whether the inclinometer tube is straight and whether both ends are flat. According to the burial length requirements, mark and pre connect each inclinometer tube on site. The guide groove at the joint of the installation inclinometer tube must be aligned and fitted with a pipe joint. When using an aluminum alloy inclinometer tube, four symmetrical holes should be drilled around it for riveting. The riveted inclinometer tube joint should avoid the guide groove. The joint between the pipe joint and the inclinometer tube should be waterproofed with a heat shrink tube. A bottom cover should be added to the bottom of the inclinometer tube and sealed with a heat shrink tube to prevent grout from penetrating into the tube.
After the installation of the inclinometer tube, if cement mortar is found to have infiltrated the inner wall of the inclinometer tube during the inspection of the installation of the inclinometer tube in the hole, the inner wall of the inclinometer tube should be washed with water and the reason for the infiltration of cement mortar in the inclinometer tube should be analyzed in a timely manner. Detailed records should be kept of any issues that arise during the installation and burial process.
