I. Overview

Alloy vibrating screenIt is mainly used for the screening and analysis of massive and granular materials such as alloy, ore burning, pellet ore, etc. in the metallurgical industry. The new design uses an electromechanical integration system, consisting of a ton bag breaking device, a vibrating feeder, a vibrating screen, a weighing system, a unloading device, a control cabinet, a dust removal device, and an operating platform. The control system integrates automatic screening, automatic weighing, automatic calculation, the Internet, mobile phones, and big data technologies to avoid the interference of human factors with the detection data. The device has a reasonable design, stable operation, accurate and reliable data, and a wide range of applications. It can also be customized with different specifications of vibration and drum screening equipment according to customer needs to meet various production testing needs.

2、 Working principle

Alloy vibrating screenThe basic operation steps of screening are as follows: the inspected material (ton bag packaging) is transported to the ton bag breaking device on the upper part of the screening platform silo, and the ton bag is slowly dropped. The bag breaking device cuts the bottom of the ton bag, and the material enters the main silo. The vibrating feeder is used for uniform feeding, and the material is screened after falling into the vibrating screen. It is then placed into the corresponding feeding hopper according to the size of the material. The weighing and analysis of each level of material is carried out, and the weighing data (data cannot be changed) is saved. After the screening is completed, the unloading device will automatically start, and the material will fall into the bottom return belt and be transported to the material loading area.

Alloy vibrating screenThe screening software system provides an interface that can be connected to a mobile APP for granularity screening interface information, such as product name, number, quantity, etc. The raw data of on-site screening and weighing is uploaded to the inspection and testing system. The alloy screening system should be easy to clean at the contact area with the material to reduce mixing of screened materials, and dust removal pipelines should be installed to minimize dust leakage (dust removal equipment is already available on site).
