Overview
This device is a customized gas control equipment used for inflating airbags and detecting internal pressure. It is an automated device that integrates a gas generator, a gas transport carrier, and gas pressure detection. The inflation software can be used to control the inflation of airbags/gas columns by setting relevant parameters through the touch screen as needed. The module design allows for the selection of the number of inflators based on the number of inflatable bags, reducing the overall volume of the machine. The monitoring function ensures that when the airbag/gas column pressure is below the lower limit, the inflator automatically produces gas to supplement the airbag/gas column. When the airbag/gas column pressure reaches the upper limit, the machine automatically stops replenishing gas. The device uses a large-diameter electric ball valve internally, which will not reduce the gas volume due to pressure resistance caused by valve structure problems.
