This needle puller uses a pulling method to finely pull through a glass tube using electromagnetic force. The use of long-lasting extraction capacity and powerful electromagnetic solenoid can produce long pointed microneedles. The tension of the needle puller can be adjusted within a wide range, gradually tightening from the initial looseness state to the tightest state of obtaining long pointed micro needles through a single tightening extraction. The heater uses a platinum plate that is easily heated, so the pulling needle can work immediately without delay. The maximum output of the electromagnetic field and a heater of 100 demonstrate its digital value, making it easier to produce uniform models of microneedles on a large scale with high quality.
