The AX type vertical mixing ball mill is driven by a motor-driven worm gear reducer, which directly drives the mixing rod to stir at high speed through a coupling, enabling the medium ball, abrasive, and water suspension to be quickly ground. The material can be quickly ground to the micrometer level, and the efficiency is more than 15 times that of a drum ball mill. And it can effectively and uniformly mix and grind multiple component materials in a short period of time. The grinding cylinder of the machine adopts a stainless steel shell and a polyurethane inner liner; The stirring rod is made of zirconia or imported wear-resistant polyurethane material, and the circulation system uses stainless steel pipes and corrosion-resistant diaphragm pumps, suitable for processing high-purity materials. This machine is equipped with a pumping system to keep the material circulating during the ball milling process, promote uniform stirring, and thus obtain high-quality products that cannot be obtained by drum ball milling, vibration ball milling, airflow pulverizer, etc. This machine is equipped with an automatic cooling device. The temperature rise of the cylinder wall can be controlled through water cooling during continuous production.

According to the different needs of various industries, the grinding cylinder liner can be made of stainless steel, manganese steel, zirconia, alumina (ceramic), etc.
