The structural feature of the AWX horizontal mixing ball mill is that a special set of agitators is added to the grinding cylinder on the basis of the AXN dry ball mill. During operation, the high-speed agitator runs in the opposite direction to the low-speed grinding cylinder. A certain amount of ball milling medium and the material to be ground are loaded into a grinding bucket. After starting up, the ball milling medium is lifted to a certain height and falls under the action of gravity. The rapidly falling ball milling medium will exert squeezing, friction, impact, abrasion, shearing and other effects on the material to be ground, thereby achieving the standard particle size range and improving production efficiency.
Both the grinding drum and the special mixer are equipped with water cooling devices to control the working temperature of the ground material.
