AVS weighing system

The system can be divided into two working modes: dynamic weighing mode and static weighing mode. Users can freely switch between them. The dynamic weighing mode can achieve non-stop weighing of cars. When in static weighing mode, the car is parked on the scale and weighed before being released.

Static weighing mode

The green light of the car scale (floor scale, weighing scale) at the entrance is on, indicating that the car can be weighed. After the car is weighed, the card reader is triggered to read the card. After the car is weighed, the red light is on, indicating that the following cars cannot enter. After the car positioning and card reading are successful, the workstation control software automatically queries the database to retrieve the corresponding car number and unit of the card. The system enters the judgment of whether the weight is valid. After meeting the conditions, the effective weight of the car is read as the gross weight, and at the moment of reading the weight, two pictures of the front and back of the scale are taken and saved. The barrier gate is opened, and the voice prompts that the vehicle can be driven out, thus completing the weighing process of a vehicle entering the factory. If the card reader cannot read the card, the large screen display will show that the vehicle number is not available, and voice prompts will be used (in the weighing room and central control room). At the same time, the barrier gate will not open, and the workstation will switch from automatic to manual operation interface. After the vehicle is unloaded, it goes to the truck scale (weighbridge, scale) for taring. The taring process is the same as the first weighing process. The difference is that after the system recognizes the vehicle number, it goes directly to the list of vehicles that have not been tared, and then takes the recognized effective weight as the tare weight to complete a complete data.
