The Italian ATOS Atos KG-031/100 21 is a high-performance proportional flow control valve designed for high-precision flow regulation and dynamic response in industrial hydraulic systems, suitable for complex scenarios with strict requirements for pressure fluctuation suppression and energy efficiency optimization. This valve adopts NG10 diameter (code 031/100), with a maximum working pressure of 350 bar and a flow coverage range of 40 to 100 L/min. It is suitable for mineral oil, water ethylene glycol or synthetic hydraulic oil, with a working temperature of -20 ℃ to+90 ℃. Its core module integrates pilot proportional electromagnetic drive and high-precision LVDT displacement feedback. It receives ± 10V analog signals or CANopen bus commands through 24V DC power supply, and combines closed-loop control algorithm to achieve flow linearity error less than ± 1.5% and response time as short as 18 milliseconds.
