Overview

The ATDS-900 thermal desorption analyzer (primary analysis) is suitable for qualitative and quantitative detection of various gases with boiling points below 350 ℃ in chemical building materials, food, atmosphere, and indoor environments. It can be connected to any domestic or foreign gas chromatograph or gas chromatography-mass spectrometer, and its automation level, repeatability, and sensitivity indicators can meet the newly issued standards for environmental detection.

1. All sample transmission pipelines adopt imported high inertia deactivation pipelines, with no residue or cross contamination, ensuring the repeatability and accuracy of sample injection;

2. Microcomputer program control, main functions include:

⑴ Method parameter setting, real-time display of working status, and running time;

⑵ The analysis area, injection valve, and sample transfer tube are all heated and temperature controlled separately;

⑶ Set up the analysis program and press the run button to automatically complete the sample analysis;

⑷ It can be installed as a room temperature secondary desorption instrument or a low-temperature secondary desorption instrument according to user needs;

⑸ The GC and chromatographic data processing workstations can be started synchronously, and the device can also be started using external programs;

3. The machine comes with the function of simulating and sampling standard samples, which makes it more convenient to create working curves through a thermal desorption instrument;

4Adopting a high-temperature six way valve, the upper limit of the operating temperature can reach 240 ℃

5. Through time programming, automatic functions such as desorption, injection, and blowback cleaning can be achieved;

6. The sample transfer tube and injection valve have automatic blowback function, which avoids cross contamination of different samples;

7. In order to make it more convenient and accurate to use with imported gas chromatographs, this instrument is also equipped with dedicated interfaces for various imported instruments, which are easy to connect;

8. The connection point between the six way valve and the transmission pipeline is located inside the heating insulation box, without any transmission cold points, ensuring the integrity of the sample;

9. The injection needle is easy to replace and can be connected to all models of GC injection ports at home and abroad;
