AROFLEX proportional valves are used to control direction and flow in hydraulic systems. The application of these valves ensures a low-cost sequence of any movement. The PVD valve is a directly controlled slide valve driven by a proportional solenoid valve and features a five chamber design. The flow rate is proportional to the current of the solenoid and partially compensates for the load. With these valves, it is easy to use manual potentiometers for electric remote control. When a large control range and load compensation are required, it is recommended to use the AROFLEX proportional directional control valve series PVS.

AROFLEX proportional pressure reducing valve is a sliding valve core installed in the connecting flange. By adjusting the current of the solenoid valve, the working pressure changes proportionally. When the working pressure is reached, the lift valve spool opens, connecting the protected pipeline to the oil tank. The back pressure in T will affect the pressure in the protected pressure pipeline. These pressure relief valves can be sensitively adjusted throughout the entire pressure range. They are also very suitable for systems with very low pressure. In this directly controlled proportional pressure reducing valve, the spring resists hydraulic pressure and generates a preset opening pressure. The solenoid valve works against the spring. As the magnetic force increases, the opening pressure decreases. (Inverse function).

AROFLEX proportional pressure reducing valve (three-way function) is used for directional control and continuous pressure control in hydraulic systems. AROFLEX proportional solenoid valve converts current into proportional mechanical force. Increasing the current will cause greater magnetic force, resulting in correspondingly higher pressure in port a or B. When not started, port P is closed and ports a and B are connected to port T (throttling). The valve function is actually independent of the pressure in port P.

The DC solenoid valve of the current stable Euroacard EX control analog valve (proportional valve) provides a constant current, independent of coil temperature and resistance. The current controller is combined with a ramp generator to achieve adjustable and smooth acceleration and deceleration for any load. The acceleration and deceleration of both outputs can be adjusted separately.

EX Europacard cannot control two outputs simultaneously. There can only be one input at a time. When both inputs are active, selecting the first of the two signals to turn on actually cancels the other input. The resistance of the remote current control potentiometer should be 10 k, and the total load resistance should not be less than 1 k T (7 external potentiometers, 3 internal potentiometers).
