Principles of Working

This unit is a device that can simultaneously complete drying and granulation. Obtain the required particles in a certain size ratio according to the process requirements. The working process of this unit is to mix the materials coming out of the vacuum drum with other raw materials through a pipeline and send them to a high-speed mixing machine for mixing. The mixed materials are fed into a high-speed extrusion granulator to extrude long and regular particles. The discharged particles are fed into a first stage vertical circular drum boiling drying bed through a vibrating feeder. The materials discharged from the first stage are discharged by a screw conveyor and sent by air to the second stage bedroom boiling bed for drying to produce qualified finished products. The tail powder and exhaust gas are fed together into a bag filter or cyclone separator for solid gas separation, and the exhaust gas is discharged by an exhaust fan.

The heat source device of this unit adopts steam heating, which has the advantages of easy operation, fast start-up, compact structure, and clean hot air.
