Overview
ADAM-6022 Ethernet based dual loop PID controller, a 2-loop PID control algorithm designed in one go. One PID loop includes 3 analog inputs/1 analog output/1 digital input/1 digital warning output. It supports multiple analog input/output ranges: 0~10 VDC, 0~20 mA, and 4~20 mA. It supports heating/cooling (straight/reverse) behavior mode, loop opening/closing (PID disabled/enabled), and analog output manual control mode with built-in watchdog timer

Advantech's ADAM-6022 is a dual loop universal PID controller based on Ethernet. There is a user-friendly tool software that allows users to set PID parameters (Pv, Mv,&Sv). Internally integrated web pages allow users to monitor and change control setpoints through Ethernet using a browser. ADAM-6022 also supports MODBUS/TCP protocol. HMI software can easily access modules to monitor I/O data and change control parameters.
