AD-S600/601-C weighing AD control module (also known as digital weighing transmitter) is a weighing AD module developed by SeTAQ company with switch control function. Its basic function is to convert the analog signal of the weighing sensor into a digital weight signal; After dynamic digital filtering and static digital filtering, the digital weight signal responds faster and more accurately, and can be sent out through the serial port; Simultaneously, the digital weight signal is converted into an analog 4-20mA current signal or 0-5 (10) V voltage signal (only applicable to AD-S600-C) through D/A conversion.

Communication port: RS-232 and RS-485 can be used simultaneously, supporting standard Modbus RTU communication protocol. The RS-232 interface supports continuous output mode and can be used to connect to large screens
Baud rate: 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, 115200 optional (default 19200, even parity)
Analog output (16 bit D/A conversion): 4-20mA or 0-5V/10V (only AD-S600-C has this function)
3 switch inputs, 3 switch outputs
12 status indicator lights, 5-digit dip switch to set module address (default address 01)
● Sensor excitation voltage: 5VDC, current: 100mA (including the current consumed by 4 350 Ω weighing sensors)
Module working power supply: 24VDC 200mA (excluding switch output consumption)
● Equipped with bus power supply and RS-485 communication function, multiple modules can be connected in parallel through connectors (optional)
● Standard DIN rail installation method
