The SA1000H series AC constant current power supply is a testing power supply developed by our company for copper bars, circuit breakers/circuit breaker cabinets, semiconductors, cables/superconducting cables, and transformer temperature rise aging. It can be used for circuit breaker tripping and fuse melting tests.

SA1000H seriesAC constant current power supplyUsing power electronic control technology to output stable AC current, the voltage and current output are controlled through a dual loop control strategy of voltage loop and current loop. When the equipment output is unloaded, the output voltage of the equipment is the set voltage; When the device outputs a load, its output current is the set current, which is not affected by the impedance transformation of the load carried by the device. The two modes of constant voltage and constant current automatically switch according to the output load condition.

(1) Automatic constant current: When the device outputs a load, its output current is only controlled by the set output current of the device and is not affected by the impedance transformation of the load carried by the device;

(2) Dual mode switching: It has constant voltage and constant current working modes, and the two modes automatically switch. When the load carried is offline during the testing process, the phase automatically switches from current mode to voltage mode;

(3) Customized output mode: It has single-phase, two-phase, and three-phase output modes, with independent and adjustable three-phase output, and supports customized three-phase output parallel function;

(4) Pure output: using mature digital control technology and * hardware filtering circuit to achieve low voltage and current harmonic/ripple content, and smooth output waveform;

(5) High dynamic: Adopting IGBT inverter technology, it has the characteristics of fast response speed and short recovery time. Current programming can achieve fast response (20ms);

(6) Human machine interface friendly: using a large LCD screen, multiple data that need to be monitored can be displayed, such as voltage, current, active power, apparent power, power factor, peak factor, etc., which can monitor the system's operating status and testing process in real time;

(7) Programmable capability: The communication interface is designed using various communication methods such as RS485 and Ethernet, with high anti-interference performance and compatibility. It can edit the timing of output voltage and current through the upper computer;

(8) Good maintainability: Modular design of power unit, filtering unit, and control unit, with strong maintainability and easy maintenance;

(9) High reliability: Isolation technology is used for input voltage, output voltage, current, and control voltage, which improves the overall reliability and anti-interference ability of the machine.

(10) Protection capability: Equipped with protection measures such as over power, over current, over voltage, short circuit, over temperature, impulse protection, voltage distortion protection, etc., it can achieve unmanned operation during power supply operation
