1. Working principle
Introduce acid mist exhaust gas into the purification tower through the air duct. After passing through the packing layer, the exhaust gas and sodium hydride absorbent come into full contact with the gas and liquid to absorb and neutralize the gas. After purification, the acid mist exhaust gas is dehydrated and removed by the smoke plate, and then discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. After being pressurized by a water pump at the bottom of the tower, the absorbent is sprayed down from the top of the tower and then recycled to the bottom of the tower. The purified acid mist exhaust gas meets the national emission standards.
2. Features
a. High dust removal and desulfurization power. When using alkaline washing water, the desulfurization power can reach 85%.
b. The equipment takes up less space and is easy to install.
c. The water and electricity consumption indices are relatively low.
d. Corrosion resistance, no wear and tear, long service life.
e. The equipment works reliably and is easy to protect.
3. Structure
The packing layer of spray tower is selected as the mass transfer equipment of gas-liquid two-phase touch element. The packing support plate is set at the bottom of the packing tower, and the packing is stacked on the support plate. The packing pressure plate is installed above the packing to prevent upward airflow from blowing out. The spray tower sprays liquid from the tower top, reaches the packing through the liquid distributor, and moves downward along the packing surface. After the gas is dispersed from the bottom of the tower, the liquid flows back continuously through the empty space of the packing layer. On the surface of the packing, gas and liquid phases come into close contact for mass transfer. When the liquid moves along the packing layer, there may sometimes be wall movement. The wall activity effect leads to uneven dispersion of gas-liquid phases in the packing layer, resulting in a decrease in mass transfer power. Therefore, the packing layer in the spray tower is divided into two parts, and a redistribution device is set in the center, which is sprayed on the lower packing after redistribution.
4. Applicable precautions
a. Circulating water flow scheduling: Confirmed by the spray tower water supply pump, one boiler can be opened during operation. In winter, when two or three pumps work together, they should all be opened. The flow rate of the mud pump should be scheduled according to the flow rate that does not allow circulation. Make it equal.
b. Dosing amount of spray tower dosing tank: when working on the boiler, take part in 2 bags of alkali and 5 bags of lime in winter, such as two or three, and add the dosage according to the corresponding amount.
C. The Spray Tower sedimentation tank should be cleaned regularly, once a week, once in summer, and once every three days in winter.
When the grey water separator is discharged, the discharge valve should be opened separately during each gear shift until clear water is discharged.
e. The above rotating components should be regularly inspected, oiled, and promptly troubleshooting to ensure the removal of sulfur from the spray tower.
f. When going up and down stairs, pay attention to safety, have self-protection and mutual safety awareness.
