Packing
This automatic packaging machinery uses ordinary plastic film as the packaging substrate, and circular long tubes are automatically fed from the feeding trough. They are transported through aluminum alloy molds and undergo heat sealing and cutting at each workstation or step (i.e., three circular tubes are fed in). Each package is sealed on three sides, and one side is not sealed. After the sealing is completed, it is automatically output from the discharge port to complete the packaging process

precautions

1. When the machine is running, do not put your hands into the sealing range (horizontal and vertical sealing areas).

2. For safety reasons, please pay attention to all warning signs when operating and using.

3. Ensure sufficient compressed air pressure, as insufficient pressure will affect the sealing and cutting effect.

Maintenance

1. Before operation, it is necessary to carefully read the instruction manual and familiarize oneself with the adjustment and usage methods.

2. Regularly check if there are any foreign objects on the sealing position and if it is flat to ensure the sealing strength. If the high-temperature resistant cloth and high-temperature resistant adhesive tape are damaged, it will affect the sealing and cutting effect, and must be replaced in a timely manner;

3. Ensure good grounding of the machine to ensure safe use of electricity;

4. When a malfunction is detected, the power should be turned off promptly or the emergency stop button should be pressed; Check the cause and eliminate the fault.
