The 6588 temperature transmitter combines a temperature sensing element (thermistor) with a signal conversion amplification unit to measure the temperature of liquids, vapors, and other gas media or solid surfaces within the range of -200 ° C to 500 ° C in various process flows. It can be used in conjunction with display instruments, recording instruments, and various control systems. It has the characteristics of simple structure, easy installation and use. Principle and Structure of Type 6588 (2088) Temperature Transmitter

The temperature transmitter consists of a temperature sensor and a signal converter. The signal converter is installed in the cold junction box of the temperature sensor. The temperature sensor is affected by temperature and produces resistance or potential effects, which are converted into a differential voltage signal. This signal is amplified by an amplifier and then converted into a 4-20mA current signal corresponding to the measurement range through voltage and current conversion

Temperature output constant current signal (4-20mA) with strong anti-interference ability and good remote transmission performance

The signal converter is encapsulated in epoxy resin as a module, which has the advantages of vibration resistance, corrosion resistance, moisture resistance, etc. Can be used for working conditions with poor environmental conditions

The millivolt signal of the thermocouple is directly converted into a 4-20mA current output through a signal converter, and the signal is transmitted using ordinary cables, which can save expensive compensation wires.

The temperature transmitter with on-site display can output 4-20mA current signals and read values at the temperature measurement site, making it convenient to use
