1、 Structural features:

This series of high-speed stainless steel crushing units are integral, consisting of a 60B crusher ESC material collection box and ESC vacuum cleaner. The structure is sturdy, the operation is smooth, and there is no dust flying during the crushing process. The crusher, material collection box, and vacuum cleaner of this unit are all made of stainless steel materials, which meet the requirements of "GMP" for pharmaceutical production. They have good corrosion resistance and can ensure the purity of the crushed materials. They are also equipped with dust removal devices to prevent flying dust. The unit consists of several main components, including a base, a casing, a main shaft, a movable disk, a fixed disk, a screen, and a hopper. The movable disk is fixed to the main shaft, and the fixed disk is installed on the front cover. After the motor is started, the movable disk follows the main shaft to rotate at high speed, making the crushed particles reach a fineness of 60-120 mesh. The working principle is that the material enters the crushing chamber and is crushed under the impact, shear, friction, and material collision between the high-speed rotating movable toothed disk and the fixed disk. After screening through a sieve, it becomes the required powder.
