The 600t~105.5m shipbuilding gantry crane is suitable for the turning of ship sections in shipyards. It has functions such as lifting, hoisting, and segmented aerial turning, and is good for ship turning and closing operations. By using two small cars for segmented flipping operations, the rectifier is first adjusted by lifting and lowering, so that each segment of the rectifier is supported by the upper car. The unloaded lower trolley passes from below the upper trolley and changes its attachment to the other side of the segment. This is achieved through the downward movement of the upper trolley lifting device and the translational motion of the upper and lower trolleys, thus forming a 180 degree turning operation of the joint section. The driver's cab is installed on a rigid leg, and each mechanism is equipped with electrical and mechanical safety protection devices to ensure the reliable installation of the crane during operation.
