2、 Introduction to Operating Instructions
The fruit and vegetable dryer adopts the principles of batch circulation drying, indirect hot air drying, and low-temperature airflow drying, including co current, counter current, and mixed flow drying. Composed of coal, firewood, hot blast stove, drying oven, fan, online thermometer, etc. Heating with coal and firewood as the main fuels, air as the medium to conduct heat forms a hot air cycle to evaporate crop moisture and achieve the purpose of drying. The model is aesthetically pleasing, structurally simple, easy to operate, highly efficient, and reliable to use. The advantages of low drying cost, wide adaptability, and drying speed twice as fast as ordinary products.
3、 Installation and usage instructions
The installation floor of the dryer must be flat, and flammable materials should not be used as a base.
2. The distance between the dryer and the wall should not be less than 50 centimeters.

2、 Maintenance and upkeep
During maintenance, the power must be turned off.
