Product Introduction:

500 ℃ vacuum nitrogen heating furnace 1It is a heat treatment equipment that combines vacuum technology with nitrogen protective atmosphere, mainly used for high-temperature heating treatment of metal materials, ceramics, composite materials, etc. Its core function is to introduce high-purity nitrogen gas in a vacuum environment, creating an inert protective atmosphere to prevent oxidation, decarburization, or chemical reactions with other components in the air during the heating process, thereby ensuring the surface quality and internal performance of the material.

Working Principle:

1. Vacuum environment:The equipment extracts air from the furnace chamber through a vacuum pump, creating a high vacuum environment (up to -0.1MPa, adjustable according to requirements), effectively removing active gases such as oxygen and water vapor, and preventing material oxidation.
2. Nitrogen protection:After the vacuum environment meets the requirements, high-purity nitrogen gas (usually ≥ 99.999% purity) is introduced into the furnace chamber to form an inert protective atmosphere. Nitrogen, as a protective gas, can further isolate oxygen and ensure that the material is not oxidized during the heating process.
3. Heating system:The fully buried resistance wire heating method raises the temperature inside the furnace to 500 ℃, meeting the heat treatment requirements of different materials.
