Machine features:
1. The cutting width is 2.2 meters. Harvesting is allowed when the row spacing is greater than 50 centimeters. The harvesting efficiency is high, and 5-10 acres can be harvested per hour.
During homework, there is no need for manual paving, which saves labor and improves work efficiency.
3. The harvested straw is horizontally dumped onto the back of the tractor through a clamping and guiding device. Straw is laid neatly in a consistent direction, making it easy to collect and store.
4. If the machine's forward movement is completely synchronized with the straw conveying, that is, the forward speed of the machine is the same as the relative backward speed of the straw, then the straw is stationary relative to the ground. Straw does not move forward with the tractor, making straw transportation smoother.
5. The conveying method is clamp conveying. After the straw is clamped, it is immediately cut off, and the straw is orderly transported to the back of the machine and laid horizontally and neatly behind the tractor.
6. The cutting method is overlapping and staggered cutting with saw blades, with fast cutting speed, complete cutting, and no dead corners that cannot be cut. Neat cutting with minimal vibration.
