1、 Purpose and form
The 4-68 centrifugal fan is used for general ventilation and air exchange. As an indoor ventilation system for general factories and buildings. It can be used as both input gas and output gas. The gas transported should be air and other non self igniting, harmless to the human body, and non corrosive to steel materials. There must be no viscous substances in the gas, and the content of dust and hard particles should not exceed 150mg/m3. The gas temperature should not exceed 80 ℃. For the transportation of corrosive gases with a certain concentration, fiberglass can be used as material to produce anti-corrosion fans.
The 4-68 centrifugal fan can be made in two types: right rotation and left rotation. When viewed from the side of the electric motor, the impeller rotates clockwise and is called a right cyclone, represented by 'right'; The counterclockwise rotation of the impeller is called a left cyclone, represented by 'left'. The outlet position of the fan is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the casing.
2、 Structural features
The 4-68 centrifugal fan NO2.8-5 is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet and other components matched with a direct motor; In addition to the above-mentioned parts, NO6.3-20 also has transmission parts.
1) The impeller consists of 12 aft sloping airfoil blades, a curved front plate, and a flat rear plate. All are made of steel plates and have undergone dynamic and static balance correction, with good air performance, high efficiency, and smooth operation.
2) The casing is made into two different types. The NO2.8-12.5 casing, as a whole, cannot be disassembled. The casing of NO16 and NO20 is made into a three open type, with the upper half divided into two halves vertically along the centerline, in addition to being divided into two halves along the horizontal plane, and connected by bolts.
3) The air inlet is made as a whole and installed on the side of the fan. The cross-section parallel to the axial direction is curved, which allows gas to enter the impeller smoothly with minimal loss.
4) The transmission part consists of a main shaft, bearing housing, rolling bearings, pulleys or couplings, etc.
