4% -12% prefabricated adhesive with 10 holes

Introduction:

Paicui TS-PAGE preform adhesive is a kind of conventional size polyacrylamide preform gel with safe, convenient and high quality.

This prefabricated adhesive plate is made of glass material, which reduces non-specific adsorption of proteins and has better electrophoresis effect. It is commonly used for PAGE and Western detection.

This product is4% -12% prefabricated adhesive with 10 holes.

This preformed adhesive of fixed concentration contains 5% concentrated adhesive with a height of 5mm. The ratio of acrylamide to acrylamide is 29:1. The size of gel: width × height × thickness is 82 × 73 × 1.5mm.

This pre made gel uses MOPS (including SDS) electrophoresis buffer, or MOPS electrophoresis buffer without SDS can be used for non denaturing protein separation. The transfer buffer is a conventional laboratory buffer (or our company's "ice free bath rapid and efficient transfer buffer (10 x)" can also be used).

Storage conditions

This prefabricated adhesive should be stored at 2-8 ℃ with a shelf life of one year.

Usage

1) Open the packaging bag, take out the pre made adhesive, smoothly and slowly pull out the comb, and fix the pre made adhesive in the electrophoresis slot.

2) Fill the inner tank with electrophoresis solution, and the electrophoresis solution in the outer tank needs to be higher than the liquid level below the electrophoresis solution in the inner tank.

3) The tip of the gun during sample loadingheadGently insert it vertically into the sample hole to achieve a very ideal sample loading effect.

4) Cover the electrophoresis tank lid and insert the power cord plug into the electrophoresis instrument power socket (red to red, black to black). It is recommended to conduct low-pressure 80V electrophoresis for 5-15 minutes, then switch to high-pressure 150V electrophoresis for about 25-40 minutes, or direct 150V electrophoresis for about 25-50 minutes, until the bromophenol blue strip electrophoresis reaches the near bottom of the gel or the predetermined position of the experiment.

5) Take out the rubber plate, pry it open, and conduct subsequent experiments.

Precautions

1) The optimal sample size must be determined through experiments, as excessive sample size can lead to stripe tailing and distortion.

2) If separating small bands, MES electrophoresis buffer can be used, and electrophoresis can be completed within 30 minutes; If separating large bands, make the bands sharper.
