Plate type smoke exhaust outlet, installed at the exhaust outlet of the smoke exhaust system in corridors or smoke proof front rooms, and windowless rooms, can be hung on the ceiling or installed on the side wall.

Application

The plate type smoke exhaust outlet is installed on the ceiling panel or wall of the aisle and the smoke proof front room, or can be directly installed at the end of the smoke exhaust duct. When a fire occurs, the smoke detector sends out a fire alarm signal, and the control center is powered by DC24V through a remote control device. The electromagnet in the remote control device is activated, releasing the steel wire rope. Under the force of the valve body torsion spring, the valve is opened or manually opened for smoke exhaust.

Performance characteristics of plate type smoke exhaust outlet

1. Normally closed, with a DC24V electrical signal from the control center, the smoke exhaust vent quickly opens.

2. Remote manual opening.

3. Remote manual reset.

4. Output the activation signal and interlock the relevant equipment.

5. The plate type exhaust outlet does not have the function of closing again when the flue gas temperature reaches 280 degrees after opening.

Production process and standards

1. In case of fire, the frame (shell) and blades should be able to prevent deformation and failure, and the thickness of their plates should not be less than 2mm.

2. Fusible parts should be standard products recognized by the fire department, and their melting point temperature should comply with the design specifications.

3. The valve action should be reliable, and it should be tight when closed. Its allowable air leakage should comply with relevant regulations.
