Beijing Century Senlang Pilot Test3L Automated ReactorIt is a large volume scientific research reaction equipment developed for the experimental amplification and pilot stage research. It integrates the excellent performance of AutoChen fully automatic reaction kettle and independent intellectual property SLMRSC-SLZ automation control system. The experiment realizes temperature and speed control, as well as temperature/speed/pressure/torque/timing data storage and acquisition. It can be configured with mobile remote operation control, intelligent configuration of floor structure, fixed kettle head and integrated design of the whole machine. The structure is reasonable, the functions are complete, and the Chinese menu is easy to use; Brand new touch screen operation; The kettle head is fixed and electrically lifted, equipped with a feeding structure or a flipping feeding system for easy experimental operation; The control system is equipped with dual temperature control modules (kettle and heater), automatic water inlet and cooling function, over temperature, over pressure and fault sound and light alarm function, constant temperature timing and programmed heating function, etc; A safer and more convenient robotic arm is used between the kettle body and the kettle cover, and the quick disassembly method of the snap ring facilitates the disassembly of the reaction kettle, improving work efficiency. Bottom discharge valve can be optionally selected to facilitate product recycling. Unlike desktop reactors, this floor standing stand can be equipped with various accessories such as condensers, solid feed ports, bottom temperature measurement ports, liquid feeding tanks, sample tanks with jackets, and solenoid valves, etc., to explore more possibilities and key process conditions for scaling up production.
