This system is a multidimensional ultra fast laser precision microfabrication system that achieves three-dimensional ultra fine microfabrication of various inclined surfaces, conical surfaces, and spheres by precisely controlling the motion of the multidimensional micro displacement system. And successfully applied to military and civilian products such as aerospace engine components, automotive fuel injector components, and radar core traveling wave tube grid processing.

By using a multi axis platform, various types of inclined surfaces, conical surfaces, and spheres can be processed in a three-dimensional space with ultra fine micro nano machining.

Strong material adaptability, capable of performing ultra-fine precision drilling, cutting, etching, and groove cutting on various metals, ceramics, crystals, semiconductors, and polymer materials. Mature applications include aerospace, automotive, mold, microelectronics, and other industries.
