The Sanfeng WLI Plan APO infinity correction objective is a high-resolution flat field apochromatic objective with a high numerical aperture designed specifically for white light interferometry applications. These objectives provide a long confocal distance of 60 millimeters while maintaining a more compact and lightweight design. Each objective lens is equipped with a stripe adjustment device and a built-in beam splitter, which can accurately measure and control stripe patterns. The magnification of the Sanfeng WLI Plan APO infinity correction objective is 2.5 to 50 times, and it can be used in conjunction with a cylindrical lens with a focal length of 100 millimeters.
