1、 Overview:
The product is made of PE raw material and formed by rotational molding. It has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, freezing, high temperature, impact, collision resistance, non-toxic and odorless, seamless without welding, non permeable, not easy to age and clean.

2、 Product features:
Characteristic 1: Acid and alkali resistance: Please refer to the polyethylene resistance table for instructions:
(1) If this container contains liquids with a specific gravity of 1 or less (weak acids, weak acids, and water), the general service life is more than 5 years. If placed in a place that is away from sunlight and wind and rain, the service life can be greatly extended.
(2) If exposed to acidic or alkaline liquids with a specific gravity between 1-1.2, the aging period is 4-5 years.
(3) If the specific gravity of the acidic or alkaline liquid is between 1.2-1.4, the aging period is 3 years.
(4) If the specific gravity of the acidic or alkaline substance is 1.4 or above, the aging period is 2 years.
Characteristic 2: The maximum temperature resistance should not exceed 70-80 degrees Celsius, and the freezing resistance should not be lower than minus 30 degrees Celsius.
Characteristic 3: Atmospheric pressure products should not be subjected to positive or negative pressure exceeding atmospheric pressure (1 atmosphere); If mixing is required (the mixing speed should not exceed 60 times per minute) or when the specific gravity of the acid-base concentration is above 1.2, it is advisable to install reinforcement sleeves and thicken the wall thickness of the barrel. This feature should be particularly noted for barrels with a capacity exceeding 10000L. (If the concentration of sulfuric acid or nitric acid exceeds 28%, special grade Lv should be used and it is best to install a reinforcement sleeve.)
