Overview

The HT3000-A 29.43J heavy-duty rebound tester is a high-energy rebound tester designed specifically for testing the strength of large volume concrete structures. Its impact kinetic energy is 29.43J, suitable for engineering fields such as water conservancy dams, bridge piers, port terminals, heavy road surfaces, and tunnel lining.

Product Details

HT3000-A type29.43J heavy-duty rebound testermeet the standard

National Standard of the People's Republic of China "Rebound Tester" GB/T9138-2015

National Metrological Verification Regulations of the People's Republic of China "Rebound Tester" JG817-2011

Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China "Technical Specification for Testing Concrete Compressive Strength by Rebound Method" JGJ/T23-2011

application field

According to national industry standards, it can be used for testing the compressive strength of ordinary concrete within the range of 10-60MPa

According to relevant local standards, it can be used for testing the compressive strength of ordinary concrete within the range of 10~80MPa

HT3000-A type29.43J heavy-duty rebound testerProduct Parameters:

Impact kinetic energy: 29.43J

The working length of the rebound spring: 200 ± 0.3mm

Stretch length of the spring during impact: 185 ± 0.3mm

Elastic spring stiffness: 1471.5 ± 60N/m

Steel anvil set value: 63 ± 2

Spherical radius at the end of the firing rod: 55 ± 1mm

Instrument weight: 8.6kg

Specification: Φ 90 × 660mm

Product operation:

Push the striking rod against the surface of the concrete, press down on the instrument to extend the striking rod, and hang the striking hammer on the hook. Make the axis of the instrument always perpendicular to the surface of the concrete and slowly and evenly apply pressure. After the hammer is detached from the impact rod, the hammer rebounds and drives the pointer to move backwards to a certain position. The indication mark on the pointer block indicates a certain value on the scale, which is the rebound value.

Continue to press the instrument movement against the concrete surface for reading and recording the rebound value. If the conditions are not conducive to reading, you can press the button, lock the movement, and move the instrument to another location for reading.

Gradually reduce the pressure on the instrument, quickly reset it to extend the firing rod from inside the instrument, and wait for the next use. After using the rebound tester, the impact rod should be extended out of the casing, and the dirt and dust on the impact rod, the front spherical surface of the rod, the surface of the scale, and the casing should be removed. When the rebound tester is not in use, the rebound rod should be pressed into the casing, and after the rebound, the movement should be locked and then installed in the instrument box. The instrument box should be placed flat in a dry and cool place.
