The 2000ES series ultrasonic generator consists of a frequency control module, an amplitude control module, a drive module, a protection circuit, a human-machine interface, a power supply, and a resonant circuit. The human-machine operation is completed by a rotary encoder, and the operation is simple and clear.
The 2000ES series ultrasonic generator has the following characteristics:
Automatic frequency modulation: This feature is the fundamental characteristic of ultrasonic systems, and the accuracy of frequency is directly related to the normal use of equipment.
Digital amplitude setting: The amplitude can be adjusted from 20% to 100%, and digital adjustment ensures consistency during each startup.
Soft start: In order to operate the ultrasonic system, users need to choose an appropriate soft start time based on the characteristics of the mold, reducing the impact of the generator on the transducer. For molds that are difficult to start, the starting speed of the mold can be adjusted.
Automatic frequency search: Frequency search is the process of searching for the device's frequency based on low amplitude (about 10%), so that the device has a good startup frequency during normal operation.
Adjustable welding time: The 2000ES series ultrasonic generator has a built-in time counter (with an accuracy of 10ms), and users can set this parameter according to their needs to ensure uniformity in each welding process.
