(1) When using a logic pen or oscilloscope to detect signals, be careful not to have the wireless force gauge probe touch both measurement pins at the same time, as this situation essentially forms a short circuit when powered on.

(2) When using a multimeter in the ohm range, be sure not to measure with the wireless force gauge energized.
