1、 Convenience of operation:

2、 Structural practicality:

1. The furnace material is made of high-quality polycrystalline molybdenum fiber vacuum adsorption, which saves 50% energy and has a uniform temperature field. The electric heating element uses high-quality silicon molybdenum rods with a surface temperature of 1700 ℃.

2. The sealing flange adopts double ring sealing technology, effectively improving the air tightness at both ends of the furnace tube, and the gas path has a micro adjustable function for inlet and outlet gas.

3. The two end gas path brackets support the gas path device, effectively eliminating the stress on the gas path assembly itself and preventing damage to the furnace tube caused by its own stress.
