1、 PN3700 Zetasizer Nano173 degree online dynamic laser particle size
High sensitivity online dynamic light scattering detector, customized for on-site flow fractionation (AF2000, CF2000, and TF2000) for connection use. Online data linking can be performed to obtain the particle size (Rh), molecular weight (Mw), and corresponding distribution of dispersed particles and molecules through measurement. These dispersed particles and molecules are separated and fractionated through flow, centrifugation, and thermal field flow.
II173 degree online dynamic laser particle sizeintroduction
1. Zetasizer flow detector
The advanced detector hardware allows it to operate in online mode, which is connected to FFF and has a dedicated flow pool for continuous DLS, or in offline mode, using a standard reaction cup pool as an independent detector for batch DLS measurements. The system allows up to two additional input external FFF detectors (such as RI, UV, FLD, etc.) and PN9020 interface box for remote start function when used together with automatic operation. The Zetasizer Flow-S connection is the last detector online. The switch between flow and batch mode measurement is achieved by simply replacing the reaction cup within a few seconds. The system will automatically identify elution FFF peaks without any calibration, expressed in size or molecular weight. The software allows coverage of RI, UV, and FLD tracking of Rh data and static light scattering intensity signals. Using Zetasizer Flow-S no longer requires relying on FFF size or molecular weight calibration standards.
2. Zetasizer flow software
Advanced detector software allows for automated operations and is easy to use with repetitive SOPs between operators, systems, and the site. There is a custom report generator integrated to meet the requirements of each laboratory. Multiple parameters can be easily monitored, such as temperature trend analysis, time trend analysis, selected parameter trend analysis, direct comparison, and over drawing of full range statistical chart results.
