2. The main components of the heating plate are: precision processed aluminum plate, with one side bonded to a 1.0mm thick insulation plate and the other side bonded to a specially made 1.0mm thick silicone heating plate, wrapped with 300g smooth business card paper as a whole.
3. Working mode: The cylinder is driven from right to left, and the battery is placed in a fixed position between two heating plates. The clamping force of the battery cell is achieved through the contraction of the fixture, and the positive and negative terminals of the battery cell are reliably in contact with the contact points of the chemical cabinet.
4. The device has a double-sided hinge door structure, with each door installed with a piece of tempered glass for easy observation of the internal operation of the fixture;
5. Pressure setting method: Input the length and width dimensions of a single battery cell, the number of cells per layer, and the surface pressure on the touch screen. The PLC intelligently calculates and automatically outputs the required pressure.
