There are two main styles of lightweight suspended conveyor chains (lines), namely Taiwan chains (styles) and domestically produced chains (styles). The main production processes are different, and Taiwan chains are generally suitable for small conveyor lines with light workpieces and short operating cycles; Domestic chains are made of bearing steel, manganese steel chain plates, and undergo high-temperature heat treatment. They can be used for production lines with long operating cycles and high load-bearing capacity.

If the user has special needs, a drive wheel with 13 teeth can be provided while ensuring the strength of the reducer, with a speed range of 0.5-10m/min. Considering the smooth transportation and service life of the line, it is recommended to consider a line speed of 2-6m/min within the allowable range of conveying capacity. When designing this drive, consideration was given to the possibility of damage to the drive due to unexpected situations such as overloading. Therefore, a safety pin protection is installed to only provide traction force when overloaded, and the pin will immediately cut off to protect the drive device. When the traction force is overloaded, the driving device is protected by a safety pin. The QXG series drive device is also divided into left and right types. The power of this driving device is transmitted to the balance wheel reducer through a speed regulating motor via a belt, and then transmitted to the main shaft of the driving wheel through a chain sprocket. The chain is then driven by the driving wheel, and the cross joint of the conveyor chain is pushed forward by the claw on the driving chain to transport suspended objects. When a fault surface occurs during operation, causing traction overload, the adjustable safety clutch installed on this drive device will immediately disengage, and its drive head frame will rotate counterclockwise to press the travel switch, causing the speed regulating motor to stop running and the speed circuit to stop running. After troubleshooting, the drive head frame returns to its original position and the clutch end re engages. At this point, it can start up and operate normally without any speed adjustment. When the clutch leaves the factory, the spring force has been adjusted to about 100% of the rated traction force. Users can adjust the speed according to their requirements, but the maximum traction force should not exceed 125% of the rated value. Special attention should be paid to never crush the spring to prevent loss of mechanical protection function.
