The ZH series high-speed metal circular saw machine is a newly developed model by our company based on the digestion and absorption of the product characteristics of many well-known manufacturers in Japan and Taiwan. Its main components include the machine base, cutting mechanism, clearance mechanism, feeding mechanism, clamping mechanism, feeding mechanism, sorting mechanism, electronic control system, hydraulic system, lubrication system, cooling system, chip cleaning mechanism, etc.

1.1 Machine tool base:The bed is welded from steel plates and undergoes manual aging treatment to ensure its strength, rigidity, and stability.
1.2 Cutting mechanism:The cutting mechanism consists of a machine head gearbox, linear guide rails, ball screws, and a base.
① The head reducer adopts high-precision hard tooth helical gears and high-precision bearings from top domestic and foreign manufacturers. It was developed in cooperation with Zhejiang University of Technology by our company. The overall design adopts finite element analysis and vibration testing methods to ensure that the reducer has strong load-bearing capacity and stable power output. ② The feed control of this system consists of a servo motor, double nut ball screw, and roller linear guide, ensuring the rigidity and accuracy of the sawing process.
1.3 Clearance mechanism:This machine adopts a magnetic powder brake to preload the output shaft, eliminate the clearance between the gears in the gearbox, reduce the impact generated when the saw blade comes into contact with the material, and improve the service life of the saw blade.
1.4 Feeding mechanism:Composed of servo motors, ball screws, and guide rails, with a hydraulic assisted feeding system to ensure product accuracy and reduce malfunctions caused by irregular materials.
1.5 Clamping mechanism:Adopting a universal hydraulic clamping method in both horizontal and vertical directions, with an oil cylinder pressure of 6.0-7.0MPa, to ensure the stability of the raw materials during the sawing process.
1.6 Feeding mechanism:Composed of hydraulic feeding, conveyor rollers, etc. The material rack stacks raw materials in rows and sends them into the feeding system through a feeding mechanism driven by an oil cylinder. The process is automatically controlled and coordinated with the main machine, without the need for manual operation, thus accelerating the production pace.
1.7 Material distribution mechanism:The host automatically distinguishes finished products from material heads and tails, separates them, and accurately counts them to reduce labor intensity.
1.8 Electrical Control System:Adopting an operating system developed from HMI technology based on PLC, paired with a touch screen and operation panel, it mainly consists of PLC, servo amplifier, frequency converter, and various low-voltage components. The operation of the whole machine is controlled by PLC, and the main operation is completed through a touch screen. At the same time, there is a complete monitoring interface and fault prompts, with clear interface and easy operation.
1.9 Hydraulic system:Adopting medium and high pressure system pressure, high-quality hydraulic components from both domestic and international sources, consisting of blade pumps, oil pump motors, return oil filters, solenoid valves, radiators, pressure relays, etc., ensure the stability of the equipment.
1.10 Lubrication system:Divided into blade lubrication and mechanism lubrication. The saw blade lubrication adopts a quantitative automatic oil supply device, which facilitates the adjustment of oil volume and the lubrication of the saw blade, protects the saw plate of the saw blade, and reduces the loss of the saw blade caused by damage to the saw plate. The mechanism adopts manual quantitative grease lubrication, which has a lower failure rate and is more reliable. Lubricating with grease can provide better lubrication effect and ensure the service life of the equipment.
1.11 Cooling System:This system is a sawing cooling and lubrication system selected based on the low temperature cold air cutting technology. Imported oil and gas spray mechanism is selected to conduct continuous and micro oil and gas cooling and lubrication to ensure the service life of the saw blade teeth.
1.12 Chip cleaning mechanism:Composed of passive steel brush and chain plate type chip conveyor. Passive steel brushes can reduce damage to saw blades compared to active steel brushes (active brushes can be optionally installed when processing high toughness materials such as stainless steel)
The chip conveyor is controlled by the host, which is convenient for cleaning and reduces labor intensity.
