ZW32-12 series outdoor AC high voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as "circuit breaker") is a three-phase AC 50Hz outdoor high voltage switchgear mainly used in 10kV outdoor distribution systems of rural and urban networks, as a means of breaking and closing load currents, overload currents, and short-circuit currents; It can also be used in other similar places.

Structural features:

This product is a new type of outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker that adopts a fully sealed structure, with good sealing performance, moisture resistance, and anti condensation performance, especially suitable for high temperature and high humidity areas. Vacuum isolation adopts copper chromium contacts, longitudinal magnetic field structure, ceramic large crawling distance shell, which has the advantages of no combustion or explosion danger, small size, light weight, maintenance free, and long service life.

The shell and components are surface treated with advanced technology 'Dakoro', which has excellent corrosion resistance and effectively improves the reliability of product operation, achieving maintenance free product. The use of cycloaliphatic outdoor epoxy resin enhances insulation stability under humid conditions and resistance to corrosion caused by ultraviolet radiation, making it suitable for environments with harsh operating conditions.

It can be matched with intelligent starting controllers to form reclosers and sectionalizers, meeting the requirements of distribution network automation.

Operators should have a preliminary understanding of the product's performance, installation, adjustment, and maintenance knowledge. Any problems encountered during operation should be recorded and the manufacturer should be notified if necessary.
The product needs to undergo a visual inspection before installation. Observe whether the insulation sleeve of the product is damaged, whether the opening and closing indicators and energy storage indicators are missing, and whether the box is deformed. After inspection, the product should be installed on a column with a height of more than 4 meters for use. When installing circuit breakers with isolating switches, the accuracy of the mechanical interlocking device between the isolating switch and the circuit breaker should be carefully checked.
Before putting the product into operation, carefully check whether the rated voltage and current of each operating component match the actual situation. And operate with mechanisms to check whether various actions are correct.
The various parameters of the circuit breaker have been adjusted during the factory inspection, and users do not need to turn on the machine for inspection; After conducting a voltage withstand test as required, installation can proceed.
Circuit breakers can be installed on a single pole or on a double pole. The circuit breaker should be installed smoothly and firmly on the steel frame. The installation diagram is shown in Figure 19.
The product undergoes regular minor inspections, mainly to check whether the operation of the circuit breaker is normal. Circuit breakers with isolating switches are inspected twice a year, including checking whether the mechanical interlocking action between the isolating switch and the circuit breaker is normal, and injecting some lubricating grease into the moving parts.


4Transportation, acceptance and storage
transportation
The entire unit must be packed in a closed packaging box and secured during transportation. During transportation, it is not allowed to flip or tilt, and anti vibration measures must be taken. When lifting the circuit breaker body, the four lifting rings attached to the box should not be directly used to transport the epoxy insulation cylinder. When lifting a circuit breaker with an isolation switch, the center of gravity should be biased towards the isolation switch side, and the lifting should be carried out slowly.
