101 series electric constant temperature drying oven

1、 Purpose:

The 101 type is an electric drying oven with air blowing and constant temperature, with two types of digital display and pointer display. This new product is widely used in laboratories of industrial and agricultural production, scientific research, medical and health units for drying, heat treatment and heating of test samples, but it is not suitable for volatile, flammable and explosive materials to avoid explosion.

2、 Principle and Structure

The lower part of this product's workshop is equipped with a heating wire, and the left side is equipped with a blower device. The temperature controller controls the temperature to be constant and high or low. During operation, air flows into the workshop through the inlet hole at the bottom of the box, passes through the heating wire and then enters the workshop through the blower device, and is discharged through the exhaust hole at the top of the box.

There is fiberglass insulation material between the workshop and the shell of this product. The shell is made of steel plate and coated with electrostatic powder on the surface of the box. The workshop is made of two models: galvanized plate and stainless steel plate. There is an observation window made of tempered glass in the middle of the box door.
