Control TECHrIQUES is a professional manufacturer of servo motors and servo drives. Originally an independent brand, it was later acquired by Emerson Group and became a sub brand of Emerson. In 2017, Emerson Group sold the Control TECHNIQUES brand to NIDEC Nidec Group, and now Control TECHNIQUES belongs to HIDEC Nidec
The sub brand of the group. .
Shenzhen Kapert Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. has been operating COHTROL TECH VEs brand servo motors for many years, with fast delivery times. Welcome new and old customers to inquire.055E2A300BAMPA063110 NIDEC servo motor selection

Main characteristics of servo motors

1. The starting torque is relatively large. Once the control voltage is provided to the stator, the rotor will immediately rotate, so servo motors have the characteristics of fast starting and high sensitivity.

2. The operating range is relatively wide.

3. There will be no self rotation phenomenon. Once the servo motor loses control voltage during normal operation, the motor will immediately stop running.

2、 The working principle of stepper motor and servo motor

(1) Working principle of stepper motor

A stepper motor can convert electrical pulse signals into mechanical signals. Every time a stepper motor sends an electrical pulse, it can rotate a fixed angle, called the step angle. The size of the step angle is determined by the number of rotor teeth Zr and the number of beats N. When multiple electrical pulse signals are continuously sent to the motor, it can operate continuously. In addition, the speed of motor rotation can be controlled by changing the frequency of the transmitted electrical pulse signal, thereby achieving the purpose of positioning and speed regulation.

When there is no control voltage, only the pulsating magnetic field generated by the excitation winding is present in the stator of the AC servo motor, and the rotor remains stationary. When there is a control voltage, a rotating magnetic field is generated inside the stator, and the rotor rotates in the direction of the rotating magnetic field. Under constant load, the speed of the motor varies with the magnitude of the control voltage. When the phase of the control voltage is opposite, the servo motor will reverse. The working principle of AC servo motors is similar to that of phase separated single-phase asynchronous motors, but the rotor resistance of the former is much larger than that of the latter. Therefore, compared with single machine asynchronous motors, servo motors have three significant characteristics: large starting torque, wide operating range, and no self rotation phenomenon.
