Usage feature 1: The ambient temperature during cable laying must not be lower than 0 ℃, otherwise the cable needs to be preheated. 2. The minimum bending radius of cables is specified as follows: single core: 20 (d+D) 5%, three core: 15 (d+D) 5% (where D is the actual outer diameter of the cable and d is the actual outer diameter of the conductor); The maximum rated temperature of the cable conductor is 90 ℃, and during a short circuit (with a maximum duration of no more than 5 seconds), the temperature does not exceed 250 ℃.
Product Details

This product is suitable for fixed installation on AC 50Hz, rated voltage 1kV and below power transmission and distribution lines for transmitting electrical energy. Compared with PVC insulated power cables, this product not only has excellent electrical performance, mechanical performance, heat aging resistance, environmental stress resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance, but also has a simple structure, light weight, is not limited by laying drop, and has high long-term working temperature (90 ℃).
Production execution standards:
GB/T12706.1-12706.4-2002 "Extruded Insulated Power Cables and Accessories with Rated Voltage from 1kV (Um=1.2kV) to 35kV (Um=40.5kV)" can also be produced according to user needs using the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC60502-1997 standard.

Usage characteristics
