Overview

The single photon post ionization mass spectrometry imaging system is a product developed based on PIDESI (charged droplet desorption/post photoionization mass spectrometry imaging technology) for molecular space imaging. It can achieve high-sensitivity mass spectrometry imaging analysis of multiple polar and non-polar components by turning on/off the photoionization source.

Product Details

Product Brief:

1. Open ion source, easy to install and disassemble.

2. Ionization technology: Desorption spray ionization technology.

3. Post ionization technology: secondary single photon photoionization.

4. Ion transport pipeline: The maximum temperature can be heated to 300-350 ° C.

5. The minimum sampling step for the XY axis is ≤ 1 μ m.

6. Imaging sample stage: Two standard glass slides can be placed simultaneously for continuous mass spectrometry imaging experiments.

7. Applicable sample types: animal tissue, plant tissue, materials, microorganisms, etc.
