Burner equipment fanWorking principle: The common medium pressure fan is a centrifugal fan, with the impeller covered by a mechanical shell and the center of the impeller as the air inlet. When the medium pressure fan is working, the power equipment drives the impeller to rotate, drawing air in from the air inlet. During the rotation of the blades of a centrifugal fan, a dynamic force is applied to the gas, increasing its pressure and velocity. The gas is discharged from the exhaust port along the blade path under the action of centrifugal force.

1. Flat washers and spring washers must be used to tighten screws;

2. Can use rubber buffer to withstand the weight of high-pressure fans, especially high-power high-pressure fans, *;
3. For certain occasions where noise is required, a muffler can be installed to reduce noise (usually around 5dB). The muffler is installed at the end of the inlet or outlet duct;
4. For certain occasions with high noise requirements, a layer of soundproofing foam can be added according to the conditions of the machine itself to meet the on-site noise requirements. For specific details, please consult the manufacturer of the high-pressure fan or a professional noise control company;
5. When using sound-absorbing foam, pay attention to the distance between the fan and the box, the ventilation and heat dissipation of the fan, and the use of rubber buffer to bear the weight of the high-pressure fan. 6. The inlet and outlet pipes of high-pressure fans should be connected using hoses to isolate vibrations
7. Apply the roller and do not miss the adjusting gasket to avoid affecting the clearance that has been adjusted before leaving the factory
8. It is strictly prohibited for solids, liquids, and corrosive gases to enter the pump body.
9. The filter screens and mufflers at both ends of the inlet and outlet should be cleaned in a timely manner according to the situation to avoid blockage and affect use.
10. The external connection of the inlet and outlet must be made using flexible hoses (such as rubber hoses, plastic spring hoses)
