Background technology:

Stretch film, also known as stretch film, has superior tensile strength, high elongation, good self-adhesive properties, puncture resistance, and tear resistance. It can be used for manual winding film or machine winding film and is widely used in the packaging of chemical products, electronic product boxes, ceramic products, mechanical and electrical equipment, etc.

The wrapping film has the following characteristics: unitization: unitization is one of the biggest features of wrapping film packaging. With the strong wrapping force and recoverability of the film, the product is tightly and fixedly bundled into a unit, making scattered small pieces into a whole, and even in unfavorable environments, the product has no looseness or separation. The current wrapping film has poor strength, poor performance, and fast aging rate, resulting in a short service life.

The purpose of the present invention is to propose a high-strength nano winding film and its production process in order to solve the shortcomings existing in the prior art.

In order to achieve the above objectives, the present invention adopts the following technical solution:

A high-strength nano winding film, with the following raw materials by weight: 30-38 parts of ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, 5-6 parts of methyl cellulose, 4-8 parts of propylene glycol alginate, 5-7 parts of acrylic acid, 2-4 parts of active calcium carbonate, and 1-2 parts of composite antioxidant; 3-6 parts modified nano silica, 0.5-1 part anti-aging agent, 0.5-0.8 parts flame retardant, 3-5 parts plasticizer, and 2-5 parts drip free anti fog agent.

The composite antioxidant is a mixture of hindered phenol antioxidant and diphenylamine antioxidant.

The weight ratio of the hindered phenol antioxidant to the diphenylamine antioxidant is 1:1.

The plasticizer is dibutyl phthalate.

The droplet free anti fog agent is a ternary copolymer of octadecyl stearate maleic anhydride diethylaminoethyl methacrylate, which has good sustained release effect. Its strong polar groups have a high adsorption effect on water, allowing water droplets to spread into a water film and achieve long-term droplet free effect.
