German GCE high-pressure regulator in stock in Tianjin
1. Before the gas enters the pressure reducer, it must be confirmed that the pipeline system (including the pressure reducer) has been purged or evacuated as required
handle
2. Before the gas enters the pressure reducer, it is necessary to confirm that the pressure regulator handle is in the * loosening state (counterclockwise loosening the pressure regulator handle),
Otherwise, the instantaneous pressure during the initial stage of gas supply may damage the diaphragm, leading to the failure of the pressure reducer, and in severe cases, it may endanger personal safety.
3. Slowly open the gas supply valve on the inlet side of the pressure reducer, and use a soap water fire detector to detect leaks at each connection of the pressure reducer.
▲ Attention: When opening the gas supply valve, the human body should not face or turn away from the pressure reducer.
4. Rotate the pressure regulator handle clockwise to adjust the pressure (or flow) to the desired indicated position on the scale, and use soap water or a detector to detect leaks at each connection of the pressure regulator.
▲ Attention: During the gas supply process of the pressure reducer, if any abnormal mechanical vibration, noise, jamming, or abnormal pressure is found
The phenomenon of rising indicates that the pressure regulator has malfunctioned and should be immediately stopped from use.
routine inspection
1. When there is no gas in the gas regulator, confirm that the pressure gauge pointer returns to zero.
2. When gas is present in the gas pressure reducer, use soap water (or a solution diluted 10 to 20 times with household neutral detergent) or a detector to check for leaks at all connection points.
3. After gas supply, confirm that the gas pressure can be continuously adjusted.
4. After gas supply, confirm that there is no gas leakage from the safety valve.
